Q: How can I participate in the Inkalon Loyalty Program?

A: To participate you have to be an active Patreon member at www.patreon.com/pixieinktvis. There you will earn Ink to buy rewards, and participate in community challenges. We want to make sure to do public challenges too, as often as we can, but Patreon is your safest bet!

 

Q: How do I earn Ink, and how much will I get?

A: There are multiple ways to ear Ink, and all the current options are listed on the Patreon Discord server, in a post on Patreon and here

Generally speaking, being an active Patreon supporter nets you points every month, donations on Ko-fi and Twitch will also earn you points. Other than monetary ways, we included options for you to earn points by just bein an active member of the Patreon family, and participating in community challenges.

Q: A way that I previously used to earn Ink is not displayed anymore, is that a mistake, or can I not earn points that way anymore?

A: Obviously, mistakes happen, so feel free to reach out in any case. Generally speaking Some of the ways to earn Ink will only be available during certain windows or under certain conditions! Usually, the duration for which each Ink option is valid is displayed with the corresponding lists.

Q: How will you use the funds of my donation/pledge/subscription?

A: Basically, what your funds do is create time to work on more Inkalon content. The more funds we gather - so the more money we can make - the less work needs to be spend on other things, like commissions. At the end of the day, the bills need to be paid, and that has #1 priority, because if the bills don't get paid, there is no way this art journey can continue. The more Patreon, Ko-fi, Twitch etc. contribute to paying those bills, without the need to also draw commissions on the side, the more time there is to produce content specifically for Patreon - and that involves a lot of Inkalon stuff from now on!

Q: Can I redeem rewards from points I have, even while not an active Patreon subscriber?

A: No, rewards can only be redeemed by members with an active subscription. Should you have ordered a reward, and it was not delivered before you deleted your pledge, it will still be delivered to you!

Q: How long does it take until I get my inkventurer?

A: The plan is to deliver the inkventurers as close to the order date as humanly possible, but depending on how many people order in the same time frame, it might still take a while! When you order your inkventurer we will do our best to tell you an accurate delivery window.

 

Q: I want to change my inkventurer/get a second inkventurer, is that possible?

A: It sure is! You can buy as many inkventurers, as you'd like. They all get their own hero card and progression! The reward shop lists the price for additional inkventurers.

 

Q: I ordered a physical reward from the loyalty shop, but haven't gotten it yet. How long should delivery take?

A: Deliveries for physical goods can take anywhere from 2 days domestically, to up to 15 weeks internationally. Rest assured, the moment you order something we will tell you an estimate date!

Q: When will you add more rewards to the reward shop?

A: The plan is to update the shop with more items every 1-2 month. It all depends on how well the system is received, and how good community feedback is! This is very much all a thing for YOU, so if you want more, and our financial situation allows for it, we will DO more, whenever we have, or get, a new idea!

Q: Can I use my inkventurer/the art I got for my inkventurer in other universes, like tabletop games, video games, as my icon on Twitter/Discord etc.?

A: Absolutely! We would love you to take your inkventurer and let them have adventures outside of Inkalon, and we hope you tell us about them! If you want to use the art as an icon, go ahead, that is part of the intended purpose of them!

Q: Can I use Inkalon as the setting for my tabletop games/design ideas for it?

A: We would always love to see what you come up with, when it comes to ideas with Inkalon, but please keep in mind that we're developing the world ourselves as well. The things you design, and the things we design might be very different from one another, and not every idea we get can or will be implemented. One of our goals is to develop the world far enough that it is a good setting for RPs of any kind, but in the meantime, go ahead and do whatever you can to have the most color in your life!

The only thing we ask you is that you mention where the original idea comes from by crediting us! 

Q: Can I refund rewards I got in the reward shop, or Ink I got via Ko-fi?

A: Rewards are non-refundable, unless we are unable to deliver them. Ko-fis are generally not refundable.

Q: I got a physical delivery for Inkalon merch, but something is missing/damaged, what do I do?

A: Damn, that's not good! Get in contact, we'll see what we can do! Please be aware, should your package be damaged because of the delivery service, there isn't a hole lot of wiggle room, but we will do our utmost best to package everything in a way that prevents damages as best as possible.

Q: Will I have to pay customs for my physical orders?

A: Please refer to your local customs laws for that information. Should you order from Germany or any state of the European Union you will not have to pay customs fees.

Q: How will digital goods be delivered? 

A: Digital Goods will be delivered either via e-mail, Discord DM or Twitter DM, depending on your preferred way of getting the reward.
